Retailer and Food Product Membership

As we are a new company, we want to offer special savings to our first Members.
We understand that you may be cautious trying something new, and we appreciate your interest to serve this growing segment of the American marketplace. We also want you to stay with us for a full year, as our User base will grow slowly at first.

The Special Introductory Offer is for the BASIC Membership for a single location only - similar discounts are availbale for chains, franchises and corporations. If you join during this special introductory period, your 12-month Membership will not begin until we officially launch the advertising to the User base (scheduled for November 2008). We want to have a well established Membership before launching the User portion of the service. See Pricing

Retailer Membership:
The initial listing is still just $395 and then only $149 for each additional location (up to 20) of the same name. Please note that all of you locations of the same name must subscribe to Membership. If you own more than one retail store and they are of different names, each would need to be its own Member. Chain retailers and corporate franchises with over 20 locations should contact us directly for contract pricing at franchisemembership@foodallergyfriendly.net

Benefits of Retailer Membership:

As a Retailer Member, you will gain the increased advertising that the Food Allergy Friendly Network provides to all of its Members. Registered Users, or anyone searching to buy products for their specific allergy or food chemical sensitivity, will be able to search for local retailers in their area who carry the products they are looking for. Once these customers are in your store, retail center or on your ecommerce site, all of your other products can then be made known to them as well.

By advertising with the Food Allergy Friendly Network, you will be able to increase your customer base for both Food Allergy Friendly products, as well as anything else you sell.

Additionally, during the length of your Membership, you will be authorized to use the Food Allergy Friendly red stamp logo to advertise your business.

Benefits of Product Membership:

As a Product Member, you will gain the increased advertising that the Food Allergy Friendly Network provides to all of its Members. You will be able to classify your product by allergen category as well as type of product (packaged food, mix, breakfast item, etc). Our Registered Users, or anyone searching to buy products for their specific allergy or food chemical sensitivity, will be able to search our Member Product database and find your product. Where else can you attain this focused a search? Certainly not a generic internet search engine. Try searching for your product today. Can you find it? Once on the Food Allergy Friendly Network, customers will be able to search for each and every product you register by however you choose to categorize it.

Additionally, during the length of your Membership, you are entitled and encouraged (but not required) to use the Food Allergy Friendly red stamp logo on your registered products’ packaging. This logo, which we will advertise nationally (in targeted marketing) will make your product stand out on the shelf. Customers with food allergies or food chemical sensitivity will pick up your product from the shelf.

Logo Licensing for Food Products:

The initial single product listing is just $395 and then only $99 for each product item. Each item must be submitted for approval to Food Allergy Friendly, LLC. Only those products that meet our Licensing Guidelines will be authorized to use the logo. All Members must agree to our Term of Membership.

• In cities/regions with multiple Member retailers, all PLUS Members will have their location listed in bold.
• PLUS Members will also be moved to the top of the list, rather than alphabetically.
• In cities/regions with multiple PLUS Member retailers, these will also be listed alphabetically, but above all BASIC members.

Includes all of the PLUS Membership plus:

• Your company can post its logo or link on the Food Allergy Friendly Network homepage. (limited space)
• Best suited for national chains or large market areas such as New York, Miami, etc.

All pricing is based on a single payment. Optional monthly payments are available at the following rates:
Membership:	$39/month	12-months
Additional Location:	$14/month	12-months
Additional Product:	$9/month	12-months
All Add On pricing requires full payment. Early cancellation requires full term payment.
